Our senior programs are specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and over, offering a variety of fitness and wellness activities to promote health and well-being.

Acrylic Painting
This class is for both adults and senior citizens and taught in Spanish. A course in which students will learn the acrylic painting technique of colors, textures, blurring of color range, handling of light and shadow, and more! Please note that there is different skill levels; please register for the one according to your level of expertise. First day of classes will be used to determine participant's skill level. Participants may need to be removed from a class level they don't belong.

Acting and Improvisation
Excellent opportunity to gain the ability and confidence to express yourself.  

Aerobics
Join Lety in this low impact Aerobics class that strengthens the heart and improves overall fitness.

Arts & Crafts
Join us and learn to create great arts and crafts pieces for your home or to gift to others. No experience needed.

Basic Drawing
Students will learn the basics techniques of drawing with graphite pencil.

Bingo
Enjoy a morning of fun with bingo, a game of chance.

Crochet Class
Join us for step-by-step crocheting classes that will help you learn everything from beginner basics to advanced techniques.

Crochet Club
This is a club and not a instructional class.  If you enjoy crocheting, then this is the club for you.  Share with others your patterns and get ideas for new projects.

Electric Guitar for Beginners
In this course, participants will learn about the electric guitar, its parts, tuning, strumming and basic guitar strategies. 

Guitar for Beginners
With this practical and fun class, you will learn the basic concepts and techniques of guitar, so you can learn to play your favorite songs.

Hula Dance
Participants will learn to coordinate their bodies to dance the hula.  This class helps with body movement coordination and provides an excellent opportunity to stay healthy.

Keyboard
A practical and simple method will be used in which students will learn the basics.

Personal Motivation
Inspiring volunteer therapist, Luis Flores, leads this motivational group.

Ritmos Latinos Dance
Have fun while learning to dance various styles of dance like cumbia, merengue, bachata and others. 

Sewing for Beginners
This is a fun sewing series aimed at acquainting students with their sewing machines, beginning with the basics and growing skills. In this first beginner sewing class students will learn how to thread a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, sew a straight stitch and much more. 

Smart Phone Photography
Learn to take photos like a professional with your cell phone, discover photography and editing techniques. 

Tai Chi
This class if for both adults and senior citizens. Tai Chi is an art that embraces the mind, body and spirit. Begin your journey to better health.

Violin for Beginners
Beginner violin class where students will learn fundamental violin techniques, basic music theory, and fun beginner songs.

Yoga
This class is for both adults and senior citizens. Yoga helps reduce anxiety and stress. All levels welcomed. Please bring a yoga mat.

Zumba for All 
This class is for youth, adults and Seniors and taught in Spanish. Help us keep you fit and active as you work out and dance with Erika.

Zumba Gold
Dance through your workout session with Jacky, This class is a fun way to start your morning while keeping active and healthy.
