The Recreation Department offers a diverse range of activities tailored for youth aged 3-17. Whether you're looking to stay active, learn a new skill, or socialize with like-minded individuals, we have something for everyone.
Acting and Improvisation
Excellent opportunity to gain the ability and confidence to express yourself.
Artistic Drawing
The drawing class is designed for students beginning to love art. In this creative environment, they can develop and explore the ability of different techniques such as such as pencil drawing and the scale of grays from other graphite qualities.
Baking for Teens
Participants will learn to make amazing baked goods and will take them home after class.

Ballet Dance I
Participants will learn the basic steps such as first position, second position, revele, and barre exercises.
Ballet Dance II
A continuation of Ballet I in which participants will continue learning and practing Ballet Dance skills.
Ballet Dance with Daniela
Participant will learn the basic of ballet, body positioning, terminology, steps and musicality.
Cardio Kickboxing
A 50-minute-cardio class with a core and stretch ending. Enjoy a high intensity cardio kickboxing class guaranteed to push every fitness level.
Chews from the HeArt
Calling on all young artists! Join Jamie Chew and the Color Crusaders in designing and painting custom shoes for a great cause. Each artist will create uniquely customized designs based on the preferences chosen by the recipient. Shoes and all painting materials will be provided. Participants will be selected.
Fitness for the Fun of It
This class will feature warm-ups, stretching, dancing and several cooperative activities that promote color, number, and shape recognition.
Guitar for Beginners
Students will learn the basics such as chords, finger strumming, and will learn to play a song.
Gymnastics
Children will learn the basics of gymnastics through strengtening excercises and flexibility.
Karate Kofuja-Do
Karate provides a full-body workout while improving strength and condition.
Kids Night Out
Join us for some board games, crafts indoor activities, movies and a snack.

Learning and Playing through Art
Art class for preschool children. This class will help develop skills such as creativity, following instructions, curiosity, discipline and values such as sharing, socializing and forming reflective thinking.
Keyboard
A practical and simple method will be used in which students will learn the basics.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Come discover what pilates can do for you.
Polynesian Dance
Participants will learn the basic steps of Hula Ori Tahiti. They will also learn to dance an Otea. They will learn about the Hawaiian instrument IPU and the Tahitian instrument Toere.
Zumba for All
This class is for youth, adults and Seniors and taught in Spanish. Help us keep you fit and active as you work out and dance with Erika.
